Covid Era
For the health and safety of our board members and coordinators, board meetings are now being conducted via Zoom. All members are welcome to join these Zoom meetings, which are held on the second Thursday of even-numbered months (February, April, June, August, October, and December) at 6:00 p.m.
Pre-Covid Era
Board meetings were held at a Rockford-area restaurant on the second Thursday of even-numbered months at 6:00 p.m., with many coming at 5:00 to purchase their dinner. We look forward to reverting to this practice once covid mitigation measures are eased.
